To create a true Open Concept Kitchen, our team removed an outdated kitchen peninsula that had been blocking sightlines to the living and TV areas. This simple but impactful change instantly improved circulation and visual connection throughout the space. A new kitchen island now anchors the room, serving as both a gathering place and a practical homework hub for daily family life.

The fireplace area was reimagined as a cozy focal point, adding warmth and character to the living space, while a sleek new staircase introduces architectural interest and elevates the overall design. Under the stairs, what was once a hidden storage closet became a stylish beverage nook—adding function without sacrificing aesthetics.

Thoughtful details were integrated throughout, including custom cabinetry features and even a dedicated water bowl station for the family dog, reflecting SEA Design Build’s commitment to personalized design that supports real-world living.
